What can I do during the trial period?
The trial period is to experience Olleh. Once the trial period is over, you will need to select a plan and enter your credit card details.
When will I be billed?
Once you sign up for the paid plan, you will be billed on a monthly basis on the day you signed up.
Do I need my credit card to sign up for a trial?
No! You can use the service for the trial period without a credit card. Once you are ready to sign up for the paid plan, add your credit card to get started.
What is the "Early Bird" Plan?
The early bird plan is a discounted plan for new sign-ups.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Discover, American Express, VISA, and MasterCard.
How do I add additional users?
An admin can add users to your account. The user will get an email inviting them to start using their account.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you will be able to use the app until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you will not have access to the account, and will not be billed.
